  • How do I update my account information on oway.com.mm?

    Your account can be accessed by clicking on the Account link at the top right corner of the oway.com.mm homepage. Also, this page allows you to manage all the information regarding your e-mail preferences, user name, billing and credit card information.

  • How are Credit Card payments processed? Are they secure?

    We take extreme caution in processing your cards. We do not keep your card information nor do we hold your personal information in our database. We route your information directly to the Payment Processor as they come in and under no circumstances we keep possession of your information. Additionally, we are VeriSign certified and all transactions go through SSL paths - which means it is secure during data transfer.

  • How can we apply for a Visa to Myanmar?

    With electronics visa process, you do not have to visit the Myanmar Embassy to apply for a visa. No submission of documents is required during the application process because the E-visa process from application to approval is completely done online. The process is very straight forward; the applicants just need to fill out the details and submit the payment through a secure payment gateway with a credit card.
    After successful submission of the application, the applicant will get an acknowledgement letter stating that the visa application process is successful. Within 10 days, visa approval letter will be sent to the applicant through email. The visitor needs to print out the letter and bring along with a passport to a designated airport. By using electronic visa application, visa application process is a lot easier. Extra time and money could be saved through this process and there is no more hassle with the documents.

  • How do I make a booking for Hotels?

    You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your order that will include your Oway Order and Reservation numbers. Within 24 hours of your purchase, we will send you another email with the hotel confirmation number. You can print out the coupon and show it to the hotel upon check in.Internationally, you can use your credit cards to pay us. Our payment facilities are SSL certified and approved by Verisign so your transactions and card securities is ensured.

  • Can I cancel or modify a reservation after I book?

    It depends on the individual policy of the booking, some are modifiable but mostly many are not. In order for us to secure best rates, we may not be able to cancel the entire bookings but we will try our best to modify changes.
    I lost my Internet connection while making a reservation. What should I do? If your reservation was completed, you should see a message informing you that your booking had been recorded and in your profile at oway.com.mm. If you did not see the message or any record in your profile, then your reservation was not complete. You need to start over again.

  • Do I need to bring anything with me in order to check in?

    You need to bring hotel coupon and a valid photo ID. The unique number on your hotel coupon links your Oway booking with the reservation the hotel has processed in its system. This will help eliminate any potential check-in issues.

  • How do I search a flight online?

    To book a flight online, click the home page "Flights" tab. Enter the required information, then click the "Find Now" button.

  • Which credit cards do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover for online bookings.

  • How do I know my reservation has been confirmed?

    We will send you an email after we receives confirmation from airline.

  • What's a difference between domestic rate and foreigner rate?

    Domestic rate is only eligible for local ,an NRC(National Registration Card)holder.

  • How can I redeem my ticket?

    E-ticket can be printed out and checked in at the airport counter by showing valid identification or a passport. Paper tickets can be picked up at the airport counter (on your travel date) one hour before your flight time with Oway coupon or a Photo ID. Paper tickets can be delivered to your hotel in Yangon based upon your own request and delivery charge is 5 USD.

  • How do I change or cancel my flight reservation?
